Property Management
At Dauntons Soar we pride ourselves in delivering a comprehensive property management service, which includes, but it is not limited to, arranging the repairs and maintenance work in your building and monitoring major works, organising periodic health and safety checks, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are in place and dealing with day-to-day lessee issues. Moreover, we employ site staff on behalf of our clients, and we advise them about their obligations according to their lease.
Financial
We realise that keeping up to date accounting records can be a daunting task. For this reason, we provide our clients with financial services, which include collecting service charges and reserve fund contributions, collecting ground rent and processing payments relating to the property, within expenditure limits and funds available or as reasonable expediency shall dictate. We ensure that all client monies are held in trust while our customers have the peace of mind they need.
Major Works and Refurbishments
We organise major works and refurbishments projects for the properties we cater for, according to our clients’ needs. Our year-long experience enables us to advise leaseholders upon their lease requirements and set the timing of any major works or external and internal redecorations needed in their building. We also provide guidance on current legislation that affects our clients’ properties and we help them provide any relevant documentation (e.g. Section 20). Moreover, due to our presence in Pimlico since the 1930s, we have developed excellent knowledge of the local area, which enables us to assign projects to the best local contractors, while we provide advice and supervise the progress of the works.
